This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the websites owned by Naturanda and the tourist services offered on them: excursions, guided tours, active tourism activities, complementary transport, ticket sales, and destination experiences.

Accessing and browsing any of these websites attributes the status of USER and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the contents of this Legal Notice.

Naturanda reserves the right to modify this information without prior notice whenever necessary, guaranteeing its publication as far in advance as possible.

3. Conditions of access and use

The USER agrees to use the website and its services lawfully, in accordance with:

The following are prohibited:

  • Disseminate unlawful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.

4. Applicable sectoral tourism regulations

The tourist services offered by Naturanda are governed, among others, by:

  • Law 16/1987 on the Regulation of Land Transport.

  • Decree 168/1994, of May 30, regulating Travel Agencies.

  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Package Travel).

  • Decree 319/1990, of December 21, on road passenger transport in vehicles with more than 9 seats.

When the use of vehicles with more than 9 seats is required, the service will be subcontracted to authorized transport companies in accordance with current regulations.

Naturanda offers activities where transportation is an ancillary element, not the main purpose of the service. The customer accepts that their voucher corresponds to a tourist visit or activity, and not to a transport service in itself.

5. Inherent risks of the activities

Active tourism activities or excursions may involve associated risks. Naturanda holds all mandatory permits, licenses, and insurance, but the customer accepts that they may not claim compensation outside the coverage established in said insurance policies.

6. Complaints during the activity

If a customer wishes to file a complaint during the activity, they must communicate it immediately to the guide, escort, or group leader, so that it can be resolved on the spot.

No subsequent claims will be accepted regarding incidents that were not communicated during the activity.

7. Authority to purchase tickets on behalf of the customer

For the correct provision of the service, Naturanda may purchase admission tickets, access passes, or tickets on behalf of the customer, subject to prior consent expressed at the time of booking.

The cost of these tickets is paid in advance by cash, card, or bank transfer, as applicable.

8. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, source code, etc.) is the property of Naturanda or third parties who have authorized its use.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, transform, or commercially exploit any content without the express written authorization of the owner.

9. Exclusion of warranties and liability

Naturanda does not guarantee:

  • The continuous operation of the website.

  • The absence of viruses or other harmful elements.
